Status: draft in preparation -- Effective date: to be confirmed at launch
Summary
We will write these terms in plain English, in line with our FrictionZero principle. The headline promises:
- Your data is yours. You can export or delete it any time, in any tier.
- We bill only what you have agreed to. No surprise seat charges, no hidden overages.
- 30-day money-back guarantee on any paid tier, no questions asked.
- We treat learner data as a processor on your behalf, under the Data Processing Agreement.
- You can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation is self-serve -- we will not make you email or book a call to downgrade.
What the full terms will cover
