Is the Free tier really free?: Yes -- free forever, no credit card, no time limit. You are capped on data rows and history, not on courses. Most people use Free to validate it on one project before upgrading.
Can I switch tiers later?: Yes, any time. Upgrade or downgrade from your account settings. We prorate automatically.
Do you bill monthly?: We focus on annual billing because it keeps prices 100x below an LRS. If you need monthly, we offer it at roughly 2x the annual rate. Ask us.
What happens when I hit my AI dashboard generation limit?: You have three options: upgrade to the next tier for more headroom, wait for your annual renewal, or contact us about Enterprise if you need unlimited generations mid-year.
What about refunds?: 30-day money-back guarantee on any paid tier, no questions asked.
Education and nonprofit pricing?: Yes -- 20% off for accredited education and registered nonprofits. Contact us with proof and we will set it up.
Do I own my data?: Always. Export it any time to CSV, JSON, or connect BigQuery direct. If you leave, you can take everything with you.
