Common questions

Is the Free tier really free?: Yes -- free forever, no credit card, no time limit. You are capped on data rows and history, not on courses. Most people use Free to validate it on one project before upgrading.
Can I switch tiers later?: Yes, any time. Upgrade or downgrade from your account settings. We prorate automatically.
Do you bill monthly?: We focus on annual billing because it keeps prices 100x below an LRS. If you need monthly, we offer it at roughly 2x the annual rate. Ask us.
What happens when I hit my AI report generation limit?: Paid-tier generation allowances are per tracker and reset with each subscription year. The Free tier includes one lifetime generation per tracker. When a tracker reaches its limit you can upgrade to the next tier to raise the cap on every tracker, or contact us about Enterprise if you need unlimited generations.
What about refunds?: 30-day money-back guarantee on any paid tier, no questions asked.
Education and nonprofit pricing?: Yes -- 20% off for accredited education and registered nonprofits. Contact us with proof and we will set it up.
Do I own my data?: Always. Export it any time to CSV, JSON, or connect BigQuery direct. If you leave, you can take everything with you.
Will this work with my LMS?: If your LMS supports Storyline output (SCORM or xAPI), it works. That covers essentially every mainstream LMS: SCORM Cloud, Moodle, TalentLMS, Absorb, Cornerstone, Docebo, Litmos, and so on.
